Working with our Title Plant, our full-service Digital Imaging Department is staffed by experienced imagers with quality equipment. We can shoot an entire section in a few days and, after we finish, we’ll provide you with a digital abstract of every page in each document.

Our leasing group’s diverse experience makes us capable of handling simple leases to large-scale, multi-faceted leasing projects. Equally well versed in Federal and BIA lease acquisitions, we understand how important it is for the legal documentation to be exact—the first time.

When it comes to our Right-of-Way agents, it’s the consistent, personable communication that makes us special. We know that’s easy to say. We also work directly with surveyors and contractors, “bird-dogging” the project so that it’s laid exactly as the executed documents require.

Before anyone steps foot on the drilling site, our Title Curative team takes the attorney’s requirements (whether 10 or 100) and efficiently procures all necessary documents to fulfill them.

In addition to purchasing seismic permits or seismic permits with the option to lease for our clients, our team can also oversee the surveying and acquisition processes of seismic shoots.

It doesn’t matter where in the US your project is located. Our Regulatory Commission Department has prepared and provided expert witness testimony at the BIA, State and Federal levels. Each state and/or agency involved comes with its own set of requirements, but our experienced team can lead you through the process to quickly and correctly satisfy them.
